Every Thursday in September and October Trevarefabrikken invites everyone for Torske Torsdag – an evening with a locally produced fish dinner. The menu will change every week, but the focus will remain around one of Lofoten’s most famous local ingredient: “Torsk”, commercially known as Cod.
The food will be served in our atmospheric café and we want to make everyone from local families, friend groups to wandering tourists and hotel guests feel warmly welcome to this dinner experience.
