Welcome to the Sabina Pop-up at Trevarefabrikken!

Some say Sabina probably was the best Spanish restaurant in Norway for its time of existence. In little Henningsvær, this gem of a place served authentic Andalucian tapas, cooked with love by Lola and Stian, using Lola's aunt in Sevilla's recipes. Muy authentico in other words.

Even though the original Sabina is gone, Lola and Stian are doing a pop-up, so everybody who misses their iconic dishes or never got the change to try them, can get a glimpse of Andalucian cuisine.
