Vinfabrikken: Bojo Novo Special

Thursday the 19th of November is the official Beaujolais Nouveau day in France and we are of course celebrating this juice day at Trevarefabrikken!

Beaujolais Nouveau is as the name suggests, the newest and freshest Beaujolais wine, harvested and fermented for a few weeks, before it is released the same year as the harvest - which in the wine world is an usual happening.

We'll have a selection of Beaujolais wines from classic producers and other nice wines by the glass.

If you are hungry, well have some classic Coq au Vin ready on the stove as well🙂
