This lively and dynamic Jivamukti inspired practice offers a rounded session for busy people. The practice is build up with a set sequence which includes warm-up, chanting, intention, sun salutations, standing positions, forward and backward bending, twists, upside down positions, meditation and relaxation – where music is used in the background throughout the whole practice. Since the practice is always the same, the students will recognize it after just a few practices.

Siden sekvensen alltid er den samme, vil studentene kjenne den igjen etter bare et par klasser.
